These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bv99 ("bv99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bv99 website located at https://bv99.vu and all associated gaming services, sportsbook products, casino offerings, and payment facilities made available thereon.

By registering an account on bv99, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any feature of the bv99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bv99 platform and close your account.

bv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the bv99 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the bv99 website, mobile interface, and all gaming services operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on bv99.
• "Balance" means the real money funds held within your bv99 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Gaming Products" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sportsbook betting markets, and any other wagering products available on bv99.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary fiat currency supported on bv99 for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by bv99 prior to certain account actions including first withdrawal.

To register and maintain an account on bv99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period during which you hold an active bv99 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bv99 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all gaming products and will not permit any person under 21 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, entity, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process.
• You must not hold any existing active or suspended bv99 account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the bv99 platform at any time.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the bv99 platform would be prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bv99 or any of its software or services suppliers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bv99 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bv99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You must notify bv99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bv99 may, at its discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access or security compromise.

• Do not share your bv99 password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account protection.
• Keep your registered email address current and accessible — it is your primary account recovery method.
• Report suspicious login notifications immediately via the contact email listed in Section 17.

bv99 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any point during your account's lifetime, including (but not limited to) prior to processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual betting patterns, or following a change of personal details.

bv99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

All deposits are credited to your bv99 account in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction where currency conversion is required. bv99 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges for which bv99 accepts no liability.

• All funds deposited to bv99 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• bv99 does not accept deposits made with proceeds from illegal activities. Deposits suspected to be of unlawful origin will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to one business day.
• Deposit limits may be set by players for responsible gaming purposes and can be adjusted through account settings, subject to applicable cooling-off periods.

Withdrawal requests submitted to bv99 are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically completed within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

Prior to processing a first withdrawal, bv99 is required to complete KYC verification. You will be asked to provide government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality pending compliance.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on bv99 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to your bv99 account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• bv99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process where required for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• bv99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

bv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of an individual promotion shall take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by bv99:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements within the applicable time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each player is entitled to claim each individual welcome bonus once only. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus more than once will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• bv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering progress toward that bonus will be voided.
• Maximum bet sizes while wagering bonus funds may apply — typically Rs 500 per bet or per spin. Bets placed in excess of the maximum while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• bv99 reserves the right to determine whether betting activity fulfils the spirit of a bonus offer. Play structured to minimise risk and fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations at bv99's sole discretion.

All gaming products on bv99 — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and specialty games — are governed by their individual product rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall apply unless the product rules expressly state otherwise.

• All bets and wagers placed on bv99 are final once confirmed. bv99 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly provided for under the relevant product rules.
• bv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, whether through technical malfunction, software error, pricing error, or any other cause that results in odds or game parameters materially inconsistent with intended operation.
• In the event of a software or technical failure during a live casino game or slot session, bv99 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of failure. Where resolution is not possible, the relevant round stake will be returned to the player's account.
• bv99 sportsbook markets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. Where no official result is available, bv99 reserves the right to settle markets based on widely recognised sources at its sole discretion.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per market and per product. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface prior to wager placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv99 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on bv99, whether under your own identity or under any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth, name, or contact details.
• Using bv99 gaming products or sportsbook markets with knowledge of the outcome of the relevant event prior to the time that knowledge becomes publicly available.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event on which bv99 operates betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any bv99 gaming product in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies on the bv99 platform, whether in casino games, slot titles, or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any gaming product.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated on deposits made to bv99 where no genuine dispute or error is present.

bv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. We recognise that while the majority of players enjoy gaming as entertainment within their means, a minority may develop problematic patterns of play. bv99 takes this seriously and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bv99 account holders and can be accessed through the account settings area at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period. Loss limit reductions are immediate.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bv99 account and exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected. bv99 will not accept any request to lift a self-exclusion before the minimum period has elapsed.

All content on the bv99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of bv99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bv99 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted and nothing on the bv99 platform shall be construed as conferring any right to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without the express prior written consent of bv99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bv99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity.

bv99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to your bv99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv99 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for losses resulting from service downtime, technical failures, or maintenance periods, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to minimise disruption and restore service promptly.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by bv99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bv99 collects only the personal data necessary to provide gaming services, process payments, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and discharge our responsible gaming duties. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and process all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

bv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — bv99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the bv99 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bv99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

bv99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bv99 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You are engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Account closure or suspension is required for responsible gaming reasons.
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose bv99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bv99 reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit any balance held in the account. Where account closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request closure of your bv99 account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be treated as permanent account closure and processed in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of bv99's international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact bv99's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bv99 commits to acknowledging all formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within thirty (30) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bv99's internal process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the terms of bv99's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided to you upon request.
